Privacy note

When you report a problem through this site we store what you type, any photo you attach, and the time you sent it. That is used to chase the problem up and to keep a record of what has been reported.

Giving your name, email address or phone number is optional. If you do, it is used only to update you about your report and is not published on the public pages or passed to anyone other than the body responsible for fixing the problem.

Photos are re-saved when they are uploaded, which removes the location and camera information phones normally embed in them.

We record a one-way fingerprint of your IP address so the form cannot be flooded. It cannot be turned back into your address. The "I am human" check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
